Jemin's personality and values flow through the company, the company itself is an extension of the founder. Jemin loves to laugh, he is perpetually looking for the silver lining in even the darkest of clouds. He loves an analogy or an inspiring quote.
There isn't many football injuries or broken bones Jemin hasn't endured. Jemin loves an adventurous holiday having recently enjoyed a week long self-drive trip along Iceland's southern coast (in winter!), enjoying waterfalls, geysers, blizzards, glaciers, snow and of course the Northern Lights.
Jemin was born in Wales, his parents are Kenyan, his grandparents are Indian, his ancestry come from Persia, and his favourite food is Japanese. This diversity is a strength that has continually benefited him throughout his career.
Heidi
Heidi is the glue that holds the whole company together. Working with clients, candidates and all members of the team, Heidi's input is always invaluable.
Heidi's bread and butter is managing the finance team and is responsible for the finance operation of the company. She also ensures the smooth running of daily operations.
Heidi is a details person, and her attention to detail is second to none. Heidi makes everyone she comes in to contact with smile - she is simply a happy soul. Heidi cut her teeth working with senior leadership at Hong Kong Airlines before joining the Orange team and rocking our world.
With two boisterous boys, Heidi is the ultimate working mum and an inspiration for the whole team. Heidi is always cold!
