Urgent Care Assistant

Bristol Ambulance EMS is currently seeking to fill a number of vacancies for Urgent Care Assistants.  

We are looking for candidates who are committed to delivering excellent pre-hospital care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills working within a team; with a professional approach, working well under pressure.

You will carry out allocated operational duties in line with the role and responsibilities, supporting the provision of clinical social and holistic care to patients in a pre-hospital environment, safely and within appropriate level of training and competency.

Responding to emergency and urgent calls, delivering high quality and effective pre-hospital care. This will include 999 emergencies, inter-hospital transport and a range of other business related activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Bank

Salary (Based on 40 Hour contracts): £25,792

Salary (Based on 42 hours), 4 on 4 off rota: £27,081.60

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overtime

Licence/Certification:

• FREC 3 / FREC4 or Equivalent 
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
