Senior Contaminated Land Officer

Location: City Hall College Green City Centre Bristol BS1 5TR

Salary: BG12 £40,221 - £43,421 per annum

The Public Protection Team is seeking to recruit a Senior Contaminated Land Officer, 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.

The role will involve working in the areas of contaminated land, environmental permitting, environmental searches, pollution control, noise control, public health and environmental health matters as required.

You will undertake investigations, inspections, site visits, produce reports and briefings, polices and procedures, undertake enforcement action and statutory duties and give advice as necessary. Dealing with planning and licensing issues, attending meetings, committees and communicating with a range of parties.
