Summary of the role:

  • Due to the recent growth of our company, we will be recruiting multiple Customer Service Administrators each month throughout the year.
  • We are based next to Bristol Parkway, offering free and secure on-site parking or a short walk to local trains or buses.
  • Our standard working hours are Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 6pm, so no evening or weekend shifts that impact on your family and social lives!
  • Flexible hours are available to suit your availability, work life balance and wellbeing.
  • The starting salary is £22,308 per year, with a pay review on completion of probation after 6 months.

What you will be doing?

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be providing support to the customer service team of a major financial company. Working in the back office, you'll be ensuring business administrative duties are compliant by organising and providing support to the members of our customer service team. This consists of filing, sending and receiving post, stationary requisitions and aiding the financial administration department.

What are we looking for?

A passion for helping people and providing great service. This may have been gained through work in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality, travel or other customer focussed environments

Familiarity using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) and a variety of computer systems
