Catering Assistant

Source catering is the University of Bristol’s award-winning catering brand and are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to take the role of Catering Assistant at the university. The role will be working in one of our catering outlets which include 5 catered halls of residence, events & conference spaces, 9 cafes, 3 bars and a food court and will suit someone who has experience in the industry or can demonstrate hospitable and hard working qualities.

Our Catering Assistants are the friendly faces serving our students, other university staff and visitors and delivering great customer service. What will you be doing?

You will be preparing and serving food and drink in one or many of our outlets whilst delivering great customer service.

We will train you in all areas of service as required including barista training, bar training, event service and generally looking after our students as part of a team.

You should apply if

• Hospitality experience in food service and dealing with guests.
• Experience of working within a diverse team.
• High organisational skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
