We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Student Experience team at City of Bristol College as a Student Enrichment Co-ordinator.

About the role:

You will be working within a busy Student Experience Team who play an important role in the success of City of Bristol College by delivering enrichment-based activity, providing students with a robust personal development curriculum and arranging opportunities for work industry placements in the industry of their choice. In addition to this the Student Experience team are responsible for the delivery of the Stable Careers and Employability Programme ensuring every student has the best experience offered to them in their time with us. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall educational experience of our students and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of enrichment activities and programmes that promote personal development, student engagement, and a vibrant college community.

As the Student Enrichment Co-ordinator, you will manage, lead and implement a college programme of Enrichment, Events & Tutorial activities that extends the students experience beyond the academic/technical/vocational college offer. You will work to provide opportunities for our students to develop broad personal development, and behaviour and attitude to support them to develop their knowledge, skills, interests, and talents.

About you:

You will bring proven experience of coordinating enrichment or extracurricular programmes in an educational setting. As the role will work closely with our students you will have a good understanding and knowledge of safeguarding, equality and diversity, benefit entitlements, and general student health.

You will be a confident communicator with experience of working professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including learners whose first language is not English. As well as having the right soft skills to engage with your various stakeholders you will also bring an experience of effective record keeping, data inputting, and have the ability to provide timely accurate reports that detail students’ progress and intervention.
