As Assistant Hotel Manager at Travelodge Bristol Avonmouth, you would be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating the hotel teams.

The ideal candidate for this role will have preferably been an Assistant Hotel Manager, or equivalent, in a customer facing industry and will have led a team. Experience of a food and beverage operation isn't essential, but would be advantageous if applying for a Bar Cafe hotel.

By achieving customer satisfaction targets, Assistant Hotel Managers can earn an annual bonus of up to 13%.
