Nursery Assistant - Level 2

As a Level 2 Nursery Assistant, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality childcare and early education. You will work alongside experienced educators and contribute to the development and well-being of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day care and supervision of children.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Foster positive relationships with children and parents.
• Promote the SHINE values in all interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong commitment to the SHINE values.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow as an early years professional.
