Job Requirements/Description

Salary: £26,873 - £28,770 pro-rota.

Hours: 22.5 per week, Fixed Term - 12 months.

Package: Flexible Working Hours Pension Scheme.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Procurement & Contract Management Service for a motivated and experienced contract information officer to join Adult Social Care Contract Management team. ‘We are looking for someone with some knowledge of adult social care services, contract management and administration.

The role will require the you to act as the team’s information officer, providing professional contract management support. Other key responsibilities will include developing the Contract Management Framework and management information available to service areas.

You’ll be supporting our contract management team in creating standard contract documents, completing Procurement Request Forms, responding to Provider’s queries, setting up and taking meeting notes/actions and general administration duties. This is a newly formed team and will be expanding in the near future.

You will have NVQ level 3 in business administration or finance or equivalent qualification and/or experience of working in an administration role. In addition, you will have experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders, practical experience of using spreadsheets, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in a written format to establish excellent working relationships with colleagues and customers and able to meet tight deadline.

Proven analytical capability and ability to work in a logical and organised manner. Ability to work on own initiative both individually and in a team context.
