Programmes Manager at LoveWell Foundation

This new role will oversee the ongoing development of our Live and Work Well training programme delivered through our charity LoveWell Foundation, manage all key relationships that support the programme, including management of LoveWell’s Training Facilitator, and in the shorter term, contribute to funding applications for the training programme and some core costs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of project management, experience in trauma-informed working practices and awareness of, or lived experience of, the issues faced by women from marginalised backgrounds. They will possess the ability to work flexibly, and to manage ambiguity and change, and be creative at problem-solving.
