Hours: 40 per week, weekly rotating shift pattern: Mon-Fri 13:30-22:00 & Mon-Fri 6:00-14:30

Senior Mechanic
Purpose of the role:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanic who shares our ambitious vision and values to make Bristol a cleaner and greener place to live and work!
Working in the workshop and reporting to the Workshop Manager, the senior mechanic fitter will direct the Workshop team to ensure service provisions are continuously met.
Duties will include repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions and ensuring vehicles comply with statutory legislation. The post holder will troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct quality control inspections.
Essential Requirements for the Role:
- Qualifications in vehicle maintenance
- Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of mechanics
- Effective communication skills
- Hold a full driving licence valid for use in the UK
