  • The Corporate Workplace Wellbeing team is part of the Organisational Development function providing pro-active support and management of a portfolio of holistic workplace wellbeing initiatives and key projects aligned to evidence based best practice.
  • The Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator, as directed by the Workplace Wellbeing Manager, supports delivery of the Trust’s Strategic Workplace Wellbeing Framework 2020-2025 and associated action plans and programmes of work to support colleagues Trust wide.
  • The Wellbeing Co-ordinator takes a corporate role in driving the wellbeing agenda forward through working in partnership Divisional leads, service leads, managers, staff side, wellbeing advocates and other partners both from within and outside the Trust.

Main duties of the job

The Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator, as directed by the Workplace Wellbeing Manager, supports delivery of the Trust’s Strategic Workplace Wellbeing Framework 2020-2025 and associated action plans and programmes of work to support colleagues Trust wide.
