Compliance Officer / Administrator

We are looking for an organised and proactive person to join our compliance team and be responsible for ensuring that all Lifetime Trainings funding claims are compliant in accordance with our internal Policies. You will achieve this by executing specific validation checks for various learner engagement points throughout the learner journey. This will include (but is not restricted to) Starts; On-Programme activities and End of Programme such as Achievement and Withdrawal.

What will you be doing? 

• Be an expert in Compliance validation tasks executing accurate reviews of learner records.
• Accurately input relevant data into the Individual Learner Record (ILR) within the chosen MI system.
• Work towards and become an expert in navigating around the Aptem MI system.
• Ensuring learners personal records are maintained with current and relevant details across various MIS systems.  
• Ensure the learners’ certificates are distributed in a timely manner in line with awarding / EPA body / sector skills councils’ requirements. 

What will you bring to the role?

• Previous experience within an administrative role.
• GCSE maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent).
• IT Literate.
• Good communication skills.
