Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays, no unsociable hours).

Salary: £42,213.23 - £46,434.55 (dependent on experience).

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Clinical Team Leader to join our One Call team. This role is ideal for a respected professional and experienced clinician who can lead by example, motivate and empower staff, and ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered. We believe in flexibility and a balanced work environment, offering a hybrid working model that allows our colleagues to work from home and come into the office two days a week.

As the Clinical Team Leader, you will oversee the Clinical Practitioner and Right Care team within the One Call Centre clinical department. You will also liaise and collaborate with the One Call Safeguarding team to ensure smooth operations and integration of services. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting excellence in clinical practice across all services provided by MSIUK.

In this role, you will ensure that clients receive care in a safe and professional environment. You will support the One Call Clinical Matron (OCCM) in enhancing the client experience, ensuring that all clients are treated with dignity and respect. Your role will involve providing strong clinical leadership and management to the team, acting as the first point of contact for clinical management within One Call.
