Manufacturing Engineer - Process & Utilities Permanent 48,000 - 51,700

As Manufacturing Engineer-Process & Utilities, you will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining the utilities and process plant with full ownership and accountability for product quality, whilst encompassing all aspects of plant improvements.

Working as part of a team you will identify and rectify root causes of the plant failure, encompassing all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements whilst ensuring that the critical plant settings are maintained and serviced, to continually improve plant efficiency and business processes.

The Key Requirements

• Experience of maintenance
• Experience of operating production machinery desired
• Lean Processes: understanding of Lean Processes
• Technical Ability: fully understand the philosophy of all control systems within manufacturing- retain and utilise this knowledge and skill
• Safety Awareness: demonstrate health and safety understanding and compliance.
• IT Systems: relevant IT system knowledge
• Minimum GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent
  Preferably NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance or recognised engineering apprenticeship
