Maintenance Electrician 2391 testing and inspection required Commercial Environments 39,000 Basic Salary + Company Van + Employment Package.

Due to expansion of a client contract, we are seeking 2 Maintenance Electricians to join the team in the South West of England in the Bristol region. You will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMS), reactive maintenance / breakdowns and testing and inspection duties across commercial properties in the area.

Package: What is in it for you?

• Basic salary: 39,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
• Company van + fuel card provided.
• Paid overtime at x1.5 rate. x2 sundays and bank holidays.
• PAYE, Permanent position.
• 25 days paid annual leave + paid bank holidays (total 33 days).
• Company pension, uniform, phone etc.
• On-call 1 in 4 weeks: 125 per week standby allowance + minimum 4 hours if called out.
• Environments: Mobile switching sites, office space, manufacturing sites, government contracts.

Duties:

• Electrical fault finding, wiring, cabling, sockets, circuits, lighting (lamps, ballasts, emergency lighting and other safety lighting, security lighting, decorative lighting, LED upgrades), access control panels, power supplies to HVAC equipment, electrical components across HVAC equipment, induction motors etc.
• Testing and inspection duties, ie: EICR, Fixed wire testing etc.
• PPMs and 1st line faults to HVAC equipment, ie: coil cleans, filter cleans/changes, lubricating moving parts, isolating power supply etc.
• Admin: updating log books, logging in/out of jobs, ordering parts / materials on company account, updating job notes.

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Electrician, must hold of of the following OR equivalent: City and Guilds 2330 Level 3, City and Guilds 236 part 2, NVQ level 3.
• Must have testing and inspection qualifications, ie: City and Guilds 2391, City and Guilds 2394, City and Guilds 2395.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial environments is extremely advantageous.
• Able to legally work and drive in the UK.
