Job Requirements/Description

As a service administrator, you will be part of a team providing excellent quality of support to people using the Sequoia Service.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary, innovative and creative team which provides high-quality, safe and person-centred support in the community – most importantly delivering great outcomes for people who have complex emotional needs, personality difficulties and people with a ‘personality disorder diagnosis’.

The role involves managing and monitoring incoming referrals, the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual service reports, and occasional ad-hoc reports when needed using data from our in-house database as well as other sources. This part of the role involves the accurate and efficient collection of data from systems and compiling into detailed reports. 

In addition the Service Administrator will support the Service Manager in organising the induction of staff, providing up to date and accurate information to external partners, writing minutes of meetings attended.

The Service Administrator will work with the following people and teams

  1. Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (AWP)
  2. Rethink Mental Illness central functions and teams.
  3. Locality MDT Hubs
  4. Peers and Volunteers
  5. This part time role (28 hours per week/ 4 days) is ‘field based’ and you would be provided with a laptop and smart phone, and travel expenses will be covered when required to work across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
