Finance Manager / Financial Controller

Our client is a rapidly expanding specialisty hospitailty business and they are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join the team. This is a full-time role located in Bristol with flexibility for hybrid remote work.

This is a highly varied role where you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and processes, creating, and implementing financial strategies, forecasting financial results, and managing financial reporting and analysis.

We are looking for somebody with experience in SME financial management and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and the ability to assess and develop financial processes and internal controls. Any experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not essential.
