Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for a Planning Co-Ordinator to join our team for Out of Hours and CAS in Bristol. This role is integral to the co-ordination and scheduling of our workforce resourcing within our service, supporting the Workforce Planning Manager and the wider Work Force planning teams to ensure our resourcing schedules achieve both budgetary alignment and performance KPIs in line with the needs of the service. This will be a hybrid role, working 3 days at home and 2 days in our Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the productivity tracker for OOH/CAS
  • Build and maintain core shift schedules in Rotamaster
  • Assist the Workforce planning manager in any new projects
  • Attend calls when required to support the Workforce Planning Manager
  • To ensure the workforce planning mailboxes are worked in line with agreed KPI’s.
  • Support wider Workforce planning and operational teams as required such as Rota Co-Ordinators and keying team.
  • To adapt and innovate processes and practices and to work towards solutions to achieve short, medium and long-term business strategies.
  • Ensure all working patterns comply with employment legislation, including break times and length between shift times.
  • To distribute shift rosters in a timely fashion to regional contact centre teams
  • To highlight immediately any complex issue or concern that could potentially cause detriment to the company’s performance, reputation, commercial or financial stability.
  • To support the Workforce Planning Manager in producing cost efficient resource schedules, to achieve both budgetary alignment and performance KPIs in line with direction from the Workforce Planning Manager and Head of Workforce Planning.
  • Deputise for the Workforce Planning manager when required.

What you'll be doing?

We are looking for someone who has experience working in contact centre environments, or with workforce management tools. You should have experience working towards targets, and a senior level of administrative understanding and delivery. It would also be beneficial to have working knowledge of workforce management systems.
