Probate Legal Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Private Client team as a Probate Legal Assistant. Due to continued growth, we are looking for passionate customer service individuals, with proven administrative skills to assist our fee earners within the team.

You will be a welcoming point of contact for our new customers, setting up new cases while providing updates and help to clients who will often be at a difficult stage in their life. This is a great opportunity to develop and build your career within a legal environment.

• Salary- £21,000 - £22,8000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus.

About you

• A strong communicator both in person and in writing demonstrating empathy with clients who have suffered a bereavement.
• Able to identify and articulate key messages clearly and succinctly.
• Understand the needs of client confidentiality, and is always conscious of it, both inside and outside the office.
• Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to deliver when working under pressure.
• You will have excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
