We are looking for a proactive, energetic leader to join our work-based learning division to lead a team of dedicated, aspirational Coaches. Our Area Managers are key to the success of our business and this role is all about getting the best out of your team; growing and nurturing their talent and helping them to deliver the very best service to our clients as well as driving business growth and excellence.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering of the sector strategy that delivers the profitable growth and operation of the sector in line with Lifetime’s mission and vision
- Leading a team of field-based people to deliver their targets alongside providing a high-quality experience to our learners
- Managing and developing your team to bring out the best in each individual, grow talent and maintain and promote a high performing culture
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience of leading a field based team to success within a target driven environment
- Evidence of having delivered business strategy and having operate at mid management level
- Previous experience of line management and / or mentoring.
