Salary: Actual £18,700 - £19,200 per annum (FTE £25,800 - £26,400 pa based on 36 weeks per year)

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, 7am to 3pm

Bristol Grammar School is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy Catering Team from 01 September 2024.

The main duties will be to prepare, cook and present food under the direction of the Head Chef and to assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, taking particular responsibility for food production and standards, kitchen maintenance and the health and safety of staff.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm (37.5 hours per week), term time only. With the opportunity for occasional evening and weekend work to support functions.
