To support our Compliance department we are looking for a Compliance Administrator who can keep the company compliant to British Standards, all policies and procedures as well as maintaining all levels of Health & Safety by completing the following duties:
This role will include, but is not limited to:
- Managing day to day emails into the compliance department
- Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines
- Organising diaries, appointments / visits
- Update records/spreadsheets
- Administration of Halo’s Health and Safety compliance systems
- Administration of Halo’s BSI10125:2022 Compliance
- Supporting the compliance department to ensure all areas are continually up to date and all areas are monitored closely.
- Visiting sites to conduct Health & Safety / Compliance audits (Training & Pool car will be provided)
What are we looking for?
- Full Driving Licence
- Excellent computer literacy
- Customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to sites to conduct Compliance visits
- Knowledge of H&S / Compliance desirable but not essential
