To support our Compliance department we are looking for a Compliance Administrator who can keep the company compliant to British Standards, all policies and procedures as well as maintaining all levels of Health & Safety by completing the following duties: 

This role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Managing day to day emails into the compliance department
  • Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines
  • Organising diaries, appointments / visits
  • Update records/spreadsheets
  • Administration of Halo’s Health and Safety compliance systems
  • Administration of Halo’s BSI10125:2022 Compliance
  • Supporting the compliance department to ensure all areas are continually up to date and all areas are monitored closely.
  • Visiting sites to conduct Health & Safety / Compliance audits (Training & Pool car will be provided)

What are we looking for?

  • Full Driving Licence
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel to sites to conduct Compliance visits 
  • Knowledge of H&S / Compliance desirable but not essential
