Our lawyers work on an array of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. We act for a variety of clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors. What you'll need

• Relevant experience working on coporate M&A transactions
• Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn
• Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
