An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time HR Advisor to join Milestones Trust. We are a not-for-profit charitable organisation with a 35-year track record of offering high quality person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and enduring mental health needs.
As an HR Advisor, you will partner with senior stakeholders and be responsible for an employee relations service for our supported living services. The role will include case management, working on organisational change projects, policy drafting and implementation, delivering HR training and coaching to build managers capability.
