Job Requirements/Description

Up to £70,000 / Performance bonus / Yearly bonus + Hybrid Working (commutable to Bristol). Depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement People initiatives, projects and practices that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and innovate communication tools based around the company SharePoint site for People matters.
  • Develop and monitor overall People policies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement People strategies and initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing managers and senior managers to lead and deliver through their teams.
  • Oversee and further develop a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and achievement of company goals.
  • Assess training needs develop a Company Learning Plan.
  • Ensure legal compliance and implement best practice across HR process and procedure.
  • Lead in development and delivery of organisational initiatives and strategies e.g. EDI, sustainability.
  • Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Manager on talent attraction and management activity, plans and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in a HR generalist role at a strategic level
  • Experience advising and influencing senior decision-makers
  • Experience developing company training plans
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • CIPD Qualification to level 7 is desirable
