Job Requirements/Description

This is an opportunity to work with Snap at a key stage in its growth. As a rapidly scaling consultancy practice with offices in both the UK and India, and the majority of recruitment done in-house, there is opportunity for you to have a major impact on the organisation and add significant value to the business. 

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, conduct candidate assessments, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

We are open to considering applicants looking for either part time or full time opportunities (salary shown is fte).

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Proactive Sourcing: Source and screen candidates through CV reviews, phone screens, and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Sourcing Channels: Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to find qualified candidates.
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Keep a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination and Assessment:

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • In-depth Interviews: Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Feedback and Recommendations: Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to assist in decision-making.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

  • Job Offers: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background and reference checks.
  • Onboarding Collaboration: Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Candidate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in PinPoint (ATS).
  • Reporting: Use PinPoint to generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

In addition, an appetite to learn and share knowledge is an important attribute for this role.

Desired Skills / Experience

  • 2:1 University degree or relevant qualifications in HR, Business (or equivalent other)
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Motivated, ambitious and determined
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
