Nursery Deputy Manager

Salary: £13.99 per hour / £29,099 per annum

The setting offers a stimulating, safe and welcoming environment . In the Pre-School Room children are prepared for ‘big school’ while still being able to enjoy exploring their surroundings at their own pace. We’re particularly proud of our spacious and well resourced garden which children (and practitioners!) love to explore.

As Deputy Manager, you will join the leadership team and support with the management of the nursery where you will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring the highest standard and quality of care.

To be considered for the role, you must demonstrate the following:

• Previous supervisory experience within an Early Years Setting.
• Hold a Full and Relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification as a minimum.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Ofsted standards, Health & Safety and Child Protection Legislation.
