Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum DOE + Annual Bonus + Hybrid Working
RAC have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join the growing Product, Governance and change Team on a permanent basis.
As a Product Manager you will demonstrate extensive Product development experience within a General Insurance/ FCA regulated environment, ensuring a balance between business requirements, commercial position, whilst maintaining a member centric approach.
This role will look to continually improve the products and performance within the Consumer and SME division, responsible for ensuring we are delivering in line with expectations and providing improvements based on performance.
This is a hybrid working role working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Role Purpose
- Ensure all products are operating as expected and continually evolving where possible.
- Products perform as the RAC has led consumers to believe and that the service provided is of a high standard.
- Deliver improvements to existing products including T&Cs, cover level changes, updated customer information, training across all channels.
- Ensure clarity of key selling messages for products across RAC communication & sales channels including digital channels
- Stakeholder management of any relevant 3rd parties through excellent communication and regular sessions both online and face to face
- Delivery of annual product reviews for Products across Core Breakdown, European Breakdown and Breakdown Extras Add on; and then work to make the changes required
- Production of appropriate level reporting and product oversight to meet business requirements, and insight to improve.
- Root cause analysis of customer complaint and provide insight to continually refine and improve RAC's product and promotion portfolio
Qualifications
- Looking for an experienced Product Owner/ Manager from an insurance / finance services background.
- Have an excellent attention to detail to review performance KPI’s and spot trends
- Proactive with a can-do attitude to roll up the sleeves and get into the detail
