Design Manager / Senior Design Manager

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company are a regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.

An example of their current / pipeline projects are as follows:

• New Build Hotel - Exeter
• New Build Student Accommodation - Bristol / Bath (multiple)
• New Build Care Home - Bristol
• Cladding - Bristol (multiple)
• New Build Youth Centre - Bristol

My client are looking for a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager, that has the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously whilst being hands on with Design Management, with assistance in the form of a Pre-Construction team.
