Due to acquiring a group of 9 local nurseries we are looking for team members who can engage in this evolving time, help to grow our existing team and feel part of this great opportunity.
Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in St George, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Team Leader to cover a maternity to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education. Ideally we would like someone with exceptional experience of leading a preschool room team previously.

What will you be doing:
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
- Ensure that nursery practices and provisions meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Undertake a shared responsibility for health safety and cleanliness
- Ensure that planning meetings take place regularly
- Identifying and addressing the individual training needs of staff
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
