Main duties will include;
- Assist customers with currency exchange transactions including buying and selling of foreign currencies.
- Build rapport with customers.
- Upselling and cross selling currency and company products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, reach targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Balance tills accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with company procedures and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Adhere to company procedures and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. • Count accurately at speed.
- Attend to phone calls and customer queries in a professional manner.
- Promote additional products or services offered by the company.
- Stay updated with the trends, regulations and updates related to currency exchange and financial services.
