We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital.

The Role

• To handle customer enquiries (face to face, telephone and online), supplying potential patients with information about the services offered at the hospital.
• To provide the customer with timely and appropriate advice regarding our consultants, specialities and pricing options aiming to covert them into a sale
• To make straightforward appointment bookings and amendments.
• To be responsible for maintaining and updating sales leads via a CRM system and following each lead until closed, focusing on maximising sales whilst delivering high quality customer service.
• To develop constructive relationships with various stakeholder groups including patients, consultants and medical secretaries.

The Person

You will need to be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner. Ideally educated to GCSE in English and Maths with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, you will have good IT and keyboard skills. Experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage. You will be tenacious and results focused individual
