Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation, and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

This role will operate as a rotating shift pattern as stated below, however flexibility is needed in start times due to the nature of the operation.

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 -15:30
• Friday: 07:00 - 14:30
• Monday to Thursday: 10:30 - 19:00
• Friday: 11:00 -18:30

What are you going to do? 

• Unload vehicles, receipt and putaway items
• Pick orders, produce dispatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure it is logged onto the system where necessary
• Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests
• Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
• Maintain stock accuracy
• Produce KPI data for Team Leaders

What are we looking for? 

• Previous experience picking and packing, preferably using SAP or Oracle interfaces
• Someone who is a great team player but also able to work alone where required
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
