The Customer Relations Advisor will be welcoming and approachable as a first point of contact for the company, building rapport and going over and above what has been asked. This will ensure that their company remains the customers "first choice" for all their requirements.

The successful applicant will possess an excellent telephone manner, be confident in dealing with all levels of decision makers and demonstrate exceptional levels of communication, written and verbal skills. You will be organised and have a natural sense of drive and leadership. You will be required to exceed customer expectations, comply to quality standards and have good attention to detail.
The customer service advisor will prioritise the customer needs, communicate account updates with both their internal colleagues and the external customers whilst keeping all the relevant systems updated.
You will be a quick leaner and have excellent powers of information retention, as the role requires both a breath of knowledge of both the customer base and the product. You will be expected to take ownership of tasks from request to completion and work in a strong team environment to present the customer with a solution. They pride themselves on providing innovative ideas and identifying areas where additional products may be required to grow within their existing customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. A history of customer service experience
2. Order processing and completion of compliance procedures
3. Excellent follow through & high attention to detail
4. A passion for customer satisfaction and going over and above the call of duty
5. Recognising ways to improve processes and procedures
6. Time managed and the ability to work under pressure
7. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
8. A natural sense of drive and determination
9. Computer literate and experience in numerous programmes
10. A strong team player

Hour of work 8-5 Monday to Friday
