We are currently recruiting for Operators with IT/ technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills to work with our client, based in the Swindon area.
The role will involve providing 1st line support for our clients customers in the US and Australia.
The Role:
* Primarily be focused around first line support; managing technical queries, escalation/complaints for US/AU supported countries
* This will relate to first line support for a mobile phone SIM provider, helping with any queries to do with this.
* Providing 1st line support on household goods such as; scales/ steam mops and microwaves. IT Technical knowledge is preferred and previous IT background experience/knowledge essential.
* Providing support via telecommunications and email around computer network and hardware support.
* Providing 1st line support to customers in regards to the technical products The Person:
* Excellent customer service approach
* Excellent communication skills and ability to explain IT issues with non IT staff
* Must have previous IT work experience/qualification ideally within 1st or 2nd line support
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet scheduled work deadlines

Monday to Friday 16:00-00:00 (can be flexible with hours) and Weekends 09:00-17:00. 5 days over 7 days.
