The Support Manager will support Radio Service Operations across the UK and also support the other Support & Service Managers with: advice, resource and information in order that the Radio Service organisation can provide a consistent quality Service across the Country.

Due to the nature of our business you will need to be eligible for Security Clearance

The role will include:.

Line Management of the Radio Service & Support (RSS) Teams
Provides complex client-site direction, technical and engineering support for an organization's products.
Providing guidance and direction to the teams in the delivery of daily operations.
The focal point for quality and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitoring Incidents, quality of service delivery & performance KPI's
Effective utilisation of the radio support resources
Technical guidance and mentoring of radio support staff
Management escalation point for Incident Management & Problem resolution.
Provide support and resource to the Change Management and Problem Management Processes
Provide information and Support to the Radio Managed Service Customers
Providing and reviewing Management Information
Liaison point with other support teams
Perform the role of Incident and Major Incident Manager for the MOJ, as and when required
