MPI have a requirement for an experienced Training Lead and Training Instructor on site for our client based initially in Bristol.

This is a contract role for 6 months and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Our customer has indicated that the role will be based in Bristol to start with but will be relocated to Birmingham or Manchester as they start to roll it out.

Working 37 hours per week.

Rate of Pay:

£25.70 per hour - PAYE

£33.33 per hour - Limited

Boeing are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join the small Boeing team to support the Production Supplier on-site at the modification location. The modification programme is expected to take up to 5 years to complete before the aircraft transition to the Main Operating at RAF Waddington.

The role of the E7 Production Supplier Training Lead and Training instructor(s) is, as a team develop the required mobilisation plan, training plan and suite of training courses so that the chosen production supplier can execute the modification to the planned milestones over the 5 year project lifecycle. The training team will then execute the training programme to the production supplier including initial and continuation training

The training team will work across the Boeing entities to ensure the training plan is executed to the production supplier to enable the modification and production can be completed to the required Boeing standard.

Role Overview

Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training. Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities. Ensures accuracy and quality of training products. Coaches and develops others.

Desirable experience/qualifications

* Major MRO/Modification experience working on live aircraft

* Training delivery and instructing experience

* Project management

* Formal Instructing qualification
