As the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for:

* leading, directing and delivering high levels of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment performance across all services
* effective performance against the framework, delivering value for money, customer satisfaction and legal compliance
* leading the TA team ensuring professional competence and high standards and delivery of Constabulary resourcing plans
* leading, directing and managing specialist services provision in line with the strategy
* representing the Constabulary at specialist Talent and recruitment networks within and outside of Policing across partnerships
* working closely with the HR function to support, develop and implement innovative diversity and inclusivity across all candidate pools and recruitment activity
* acting as a senior subject matter expert to stakeholders across the Constabulary
* working closely with Chief Officers and Executive Board Members on all matter relating to strategic workforce and planning and recruitment
* designing and delivering progressive and innovative selection approaches
* developing and delivering of appropriate analytics
* owning the development of on-boarding processes and solutions across all candidate groups
* budget allocation including day to day oversight of recruitment and resourcing budgets and system developments budgets


You will have:

* MCIPD qualification, degree educated or equivalent experience
* experience in implementing, developing and exploiting E-recruit digital solutions
* in depth understating of generalist recruitment law
* experience of large scale workforce planning techniques across diverse staffing group
* understanding of job design and job evaluation processes
* experience of leading and managing teams
* experience of forecasting and managing budgets
* experience of talent management and development processes

Job Offer

Salary is £45,000 - £50,000
