LOCATION: Gloucester
SALARY: £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
FULL-TIME, PERMANENT
Spanish Speakers required.
As a Collections Agent at Intrado, you will be responsible for chasing payments from customers via telephone or email, while delivering exceptional customer service to our English and Spanish speaking customers.
Tasks include:
· Maintain customer account databases.
· Reduce debtor days
· Assist in the maintenance and improvement of debt collection procedures
· Post / e-mail copies of invoices to customers
This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career within an accounting team without the requirement of formal qualifications. You will be given the chance to work and grow within an International organisation at the forefront of communication technology.
We will ensure you receive the required training to be confident in our processes, systems etc. to allow you to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
What you'll bring…
· Fluency in English and Spanish with confidence to communicate effectively in a professional, B2B environment
· Confident reaching out to clients
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to interpret and analyse information and communicate this effectively
· Organisation and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Previous experience of Debt Collection, or similar role within a financial setting is advantageous but training is offered
