Senior Security Analyst

Your opportunity as our Senior Security Analyst will be to provide expert inhouse advice and support. The Senior Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the flow of information and data, maintaining best practice and beyond levels of security.

As the new Senior Security Analyst you will join an existing and growing team and have the following responsibilities:

Analyse and improve the Agency's information security practices
Author and improve information security operating procedures
Lead and scope the Agency's penetration tests, including with external suppliers, to ensure the Agencies' requirements are met by the testing
An understanding of Sentinel
Represents the Information Security function on appropriate internal groups providing in-depth specialist advice
Champions the principles of information security within the agency by providing support and assistance to all departments in relation to their information security processes

The successful Senior Security Analyst will suit an articulate, detail orientated individual with a real passion for data and analytics. The successful Senior Security Analyst will also have a good understanding of cybersecurity within a digital organisation, as well as SOC best practices.
