Our client currently has a requirement for an Building Services Maintenance Supervisor to be based on their contract covering the South West/Wales & Midlands. The Role will be based from North Bristol with travel throughout the region

Role Summary:

Manage the day to day engineering maintenance across client sites using in house team and external contractors
Maintain all electrical and mechanical plant and services to appropriate industry standards
Co-ordinate and supervise all contractor hard service activities, including Risk assessments, Method statements and insuring QHSE Permitting is up held at all times
Supervise specialist contractors during service visits as and when required
Liaise with the Client and UK Technical Ops Lead in relation to the planning and organisation of works that may affect the normal business activities of the sites
Proficient in managing costs relating to delivery of maintenance activities at client site location
Technical awareness of computer rooms/critical environments and knowledge of UPS, Chiller Plant, CHP, PDU's, Gen Sets etc
-Support cost-effective procurement of engineering maintenance services and operate within annual engineering budgets for maintenance and repair of these services
-Responsibility for ensuring all statutory related engineering maintenance documentation/records are kept in clearly identifiable and retrievable systems
-Ensure all PPM's are carried out to schedule on time and also ensure completion of all Client Service Requests ensuring closing and completion in

Experience Required:

-Strong People Management with ability to motivate and inspire teams to work together to drive efficiencies
-Excellent facilitation, communication skills at all levels
-Self-motivated, resourceful and pro-active
-Confident decision maker
-Excellent Customer Service Delivery Skills
-PC Literate - PC and MS office skills
-Full, clean driving license
-Recognised 3rd Level Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar
-Must have a proven track record in the overseeing the maintenance of detailed mechanical and electrical building services
-BMS Controls Experience / HVAC Experience essential
-Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to project manage and multitask
-Ability to work to a high standard against agreed timescales with limited supervision
-Knowledge of emergency response/standby/call out activities and protocols
-Confident decision maker
