Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of this company and due to promotion we are seeking a Team Coach. Within this role your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting team with technical and day-to-day queries
* Meeting regularly with the Operations Manager, to discuss team performance.
* Developing talent within team by identifying individuals' potential and actively supporting them through delegation, coaching, mentoring and training.
* Holding regular team meetings ensuring that the team are kept informed of relevant developments and their team's progress and performance.
* Pro-actively building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, through actively engaging with clients on a day to day basis, understanding clients' business objectives and working methods, responding to and, where possible, anticipating clients' requirements. Also actively contributing to conference calls, review meetings and social events.
* Using various management tools and methods, managing work quality, policy compliance and service standards, including MI, league tables, audits.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has the following skills & experience:

* Team Coaching or training experience gained within a call centre or legal or financial services environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Good letter writing ability, including writing non-standard letters
* Ability to communicate clearly issues to the client
* An awareness of the commercial concerns of clients
* Experience of working within a volume caseload environment
* Confident managing multiple cases simultaneously
* Ability to work in a strict regulatory environment
* People management/supervisory experience would be advantageous
* Ability to prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines and work to SLAs
* Ability to delegate confidently and effectively
* Excellent team player
