Engineers Co-ordinator
Bristol

On behalf of our client we are seeking an Engineer's Co-ordinator, this is a permanent role based in central Bristol. This is a customer orientated role working on a business to business basis.

Responsibilities will include:

-Good understanding of all Clients Contracts and the SLA's
-Good understanding of all internal Operational Level Agreements and the application of them
-Responsible for end to end work order management within the tasks defined
-Managing Change
-Follow all escalation procedures if performance within SLA cannot be achieved as required
-Ensure optimum resource is available to achieve tasks as required within the field
-Understanding and implementation of all financial processes
-Full compliance with all F-Gas management processes and procedures
-Managing Quality
-Excellent understanding of all internal processes and procedures and adherence of them
-Excellent understanding of all internal call logging / scheduler / tracking tools to meet Service Level Agreements
-Constant use of internal and Clients systems ensuring updates are available at all times
-Processing paper work and tasks in an accurate and timely fashion
-Managing Relationships
-Providing excellent Customer Service to all Clients and internal Customers at all times
-Maintaining and growing relationships with all suppliers and Sub Contractors

Key skills:

-Ability to adapt to change and uncertainty
-Excellent knowledge of the key Microsoft applications (Excel, outlook, word)
-Ability to multi task and priorities
-Proven excellent customer service skills, recognized qualifications are a bonus
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Excellent attention to detail and forward thinking
-High output of work to an excellent standard
-Team working as well as working under own initiative

Working Hours

The role is based on a 40 hours per week contract, 7 days per week inclusive of Bank Holidays; Shifts will fall between 7am and 11pm (working after 7pm is rare but possible in busy or unusal circumstances), regular shifts could be 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm

Salary is £19,000.
