Office Co-ordinator
Bristol

On behalf of our client who are based in central Bristol, we are seeking an Office Co-ordinator. This is perfect for someone who is looking to step into an office role and thrives in a busy and varied environment.

Responsibilities will include:

* Be responsible for own caseload
* Action workflow entries on a daily basis
* Ensure that high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
* Ensure that telephone calls are dealt with in a professional manner that full telephone notes are taken
* Regularly update clients and asset managers as to progress of matters.
* Ensure that all work is billed accurately and promptly
* Ensure accurate details of information are maintained

This role is working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and is perfect for someone who has an organised manner, good communication skills and able to prioritise. Salary is £18.500 and benefits include 25 days holiday.
