We have a new vacancy for a full time Office Manager to manage a small but busy and very successful business based in Ham Green. This role will be to undertake and oversee all the day to day administration, bookings, telephone enquiries and social media for this business. It's essential that you are extremely organised and reliable and have sueprb interpersonal skills to be able to talk customers through their product and ensure they all the information about the service provided. This role is a full time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Over the summer months (May - September) there is additional Saturdays to work (10am - 2.30pm) and these eill be paid additionally. As well as having superb interpersonal skills and be fantastically organised it's essential that you are happy to update their social media with news, offers, successes and generally interesting photos and information. A further part of this role will be basic accounts (they have a bookkeeper). This company have clients who are private and corporate and you will also be liaising with corporate clients regarding their events and sending out information. It's essential you are happy to be confident about their product to talk with enthusiasm and passion. This is working for a small family run business, car parking and company bonus available.
