Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client for a Facilities Administrator. This role is working for our client in their offices based in central role.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing an efficient service of all internal and external photocopying.

- Provide an accurate and efficient reprographic service such as;

o bulk photocopying of different types of printed material

o scanning of a variety of legal documents including oversized plans and drawings

o reproduction of a wide variety of marketing and promotional documents including signage, name badges and presentation handouts

- Provide a binding and laminating service.

- Manage multiple requests and prioritise work on a daily basis.

- Keep reprographics, binding and laminating machines and equipment maintained and working.

- Making sure ink, chemicals, toner and colour saturation controls are set at the correct level for each job.

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone ideally with the following skills & experience:

* General office administration skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* High level of customer service and the ability to deal professionally with internal clients, at all levels, face to face, via email and on the telephone.
* Self-motivated and able to organise and prioritise own work.
* Flexible approach with capacity to take on a variety of tasks.
* Working across all aspects of the wider Facilities team and undertaking other Facilities.
* Manual handling skills to be able to lift heavy loads.
