Fitness Sales Advisor (inbound)
£20,000 Basic - On target earnings of £28,500k per annum
Bristol / Permanent

Reporting to the Commercial Development Manager, you'll promote a range of training courses, including Fitness Instructor and Personal Training, to consumers who want to become qualified and change their career. You'll demonstrate sound product knowledge and provide compelling and relevant information to customers to in order to achieve.

The role;
This role will focus on you outbound calling nice warm business leads, talking to consumer contacts who have expressed an interest in the courses on offer. You will be a self-starter with the ability to highlight and sell the benefits of the service with a view to signing up customers to courses, managing and creating a pipeline of potential business and converting leads in to actual bookings.

With an excellent telephone manner and a proven track record of achieving against challenging targets you will develop an overall understanding and knowledge of business, products and wider industry trends in order to deliver on your individual targets and objectives.

Experience / skills required;
In order to deliver success in this role you will be driven and self-sufficient and have gained previous solid inbound or outbound sales experience, and an interest in the fitness industry would be an advantage but not essential.

You'll have excellent telephone and email communication skills and a truly consultative style. The desire to work in a fast moving, entrepreneurial business is a must. As we are such a rapidly evolving company, we expect all our people to be adaptable, quick thinking and focused every day to contribute to this challenge.

You will be qualified to grade C or above in GCSEs in English and Maths (or functional skills equivalent) and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also be adept at learning how to use bespoke IT systems as you'll be required to use our internal CRM system.
