The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking an Contract Co-ordinator to cover from beginning of May until end of September). This is a co-ordination and customer orientated role (maximum of 40% on the telephone - all business to business). This role is working 40 hours per week, 7 days per week inclusive of Bank Holidays; Shifts will fall between 7am and 11pm, normally your shifts will fall between 7am and 7pm but will be extend to 11pm during busy times

Your responsibilities will include;

* Good understanding of all client requirements
* Good understanding of service level agreements
* Responsible for end to end work order management within the tasks defined
* Excellent understanding of all internal processes and procedures
* Excellent understanding of all internal call logging / scheduler / tracking tools to meet Service Level Agreements
* Constant use of internal and Clients systems ensuring updates are available at all times
* Processing paper work and tasks quickly and accurately
* Providing excellent Customer Service to all Clients and internal Customers at all times
* Maintaining and growing relationships with all suppliers and Sub Contractors

The Person:

Our client is flexible regarding the experience for this role. It's essential you both are organised, have excellent customer service skills and are PC literate, it's also important you can work in a busy and demanding environment. On top of this it's important you have a can-do attitude and happy to work in a busy environment

The Benefits:

Initially this role is on a temporary basis but may become permanent holiday pay will be accrued during this time.

The Hours:

The role is based on a 40 hours per week contract, 7 days per week inclusive of Bank Holidays; Shifts will fall between 7am and 11pm, shift patterns range from 7am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm or 2pm - 11pm (weekends are included and shifts will be given one month in advance)

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking.

The Salary:

£19,000 40 hours per week (shifts between 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday)
