The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our clients busy team based in central Bristol.

Responsibilities within the role will include:

* To make reservations for flights, hotels and car hire using the Amadeus computerised system.
* To quote and issue published air fares, split ticketing and nett fares in Amadeus
* The ability to reissue air tickets using ticket changer and using manual fare entries.
* Book low cost carriers via the internet and add passive sectors in Amadeus
* Book hotels and flights with preferred suppliers.
* Quote book and issue UK rail travel using the Evolvi rail system
* Quote book and issue rail journeys outside of the UK with preferred suppliers
* Advise visa requirements and use preferred supplier to process any applications.
* To comply with company procedures as detailed in QSS achieving a high level of customer service standard.
* Receive client reservation request by telephone, fax and email
* Ensure invoices issued correctly and distributed according to client instructions as per profile.

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

* Previous Travel Consultant experience, ideally gained within business
* Experience of using / having trained on Amadeus GDS or Galileo GDS
* Leisure trained experience is also welcomed as long as you have GDS knowledge
* Super customer care skills

Monday - Friday

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking.

The Salary:

£18-22,000
